Whitefish Filleting Machine
The machine has been totally renovated and is in an excellent shape. Every single part has been inspected and carefully refurbished or exchanged with new parts.
This machine processes gutted and headed cod, saithe, haddock and hake by a system proved for many years giving a high yield. Fish with an overall length of 40-85 cm (=0,6-4,5 kg gutted and with head) may be loaded on to the machine after heading. For fish with the collar bones left on after heading an additional collar bone cutter can be supplied (optional equipment).
We recommend the BAADER 427 heading machine and the BAADER 51 skinning machine for a complete filleting installation.
Opti-Trim is an adjustable and effective knife set solution. In relation to the standard solution for BAADER 189, Opti-Trim makes sure that the knives operate mechanically every time a fish passes by. This makes the knives cut closer to the backbone, and leaves as much meat on the fillet as possible. In average the Opti-Trim gives an added yield of 1,5%
