Skinning Machine
This machine is capable fo skinning fillets of any size cut from white fish and redfish using a reliable pulling system. No initial cut at the tail end, meat saving skinning, the silver film remains on the fillet. The fillets can be placed side by side on to the belt fo 400 mm width. High capacity with extremely noiseless operation.
