Knife Sharpening Machine
The principle of combined grinding and honing permits circular knives from 120 to 300 mm dia to be resharpened accurately to the required profile on this machine, without undue loss of material.
Knives with one chamfer or with two symmetrical chamfers can be sharpened. Chamfer adjustment is provided. The ancillary powered knife carrier permits fully automatic sharpening.
Incidentally, apart from circular knives, the BAADER 60 is excellently appropriate for sharpening all normal knives.
