White Fish Splitting Machine
This machine is designed for processing gutted and headed cod and saithe from abt, 50 to 110 cm in total length (= 0,60 to 10 kg). It performs all cuts required for the production of dried salt fish (klipfish) using tools which are automatically controlled by the length of the fish in each case. A complete pant is obtained in conjunction with the BAADER 415 round-cut heading machine or with the combined gutting and heading machines BAADER 162 or 166.
